Apologize I didn’t realize the deadline was set for EDT. Will the submission browser close at the exact time of 11:59 pm EDT? Or we can still submit several minutes after?

The submission deadline is 11:59 EDT. If you want to guarantee that your submission will be evaluated, please submit it by that time.
When the submission system closes, the software will lock out all submissions. If you’re able to get a submission uploaded before the software locks you out, we will accept that submission.
