At the moment, there is nothing to submit, as all released data has associated ground truth that was released with it. The test phase will release new images without ground truth, which your algorithm must make predictions on.
Per our challenge timeline, test data will be released on July 9th, 2018. At that time, the final submission system will open.
Note, the validation phase will also be released and opened no later than July 9.
