Shall i use this dataset to publish the paper in other conferences?

I am not able to submit the results, but I got good results now. Shall I publish a paper with these results in other journals or conferences ?

We are sorry that you missed the deadline for submitting results to our leaderboard. However, you are certainly welcome to publish your findings in other journals and conferences. Our released dataset is free to use, provided that you comply with the terms of the associated data license (CC-0 for Task 1 and 2, CC-BY-NC for Task 3).
