Leaderboard for Testset Submissions is visible

If i visit the page for the testset submission I can see a leaderboard in there. → https://challenge.kitware.com/#phase/5b1c1aa756357d41064da300 or https://challenge.kitware.com/#phase/5b1c193356357d41064da2ec

This seems very strange to me as the organizers stated that there won’t be a public leaderboard for validation. Also, providing feedback on the testset invites for data mining. Is this intentional?
