I was wondering how can I join the ISIC 2019 challenge.

At this time, all you need to do to join is download the training data from https://challenge2019.isic-archive.com/ and begin to develop an algorithm to classify lesions into the specified diagnostic categories.
On August 2, you should be ready to run your algorithm against new images of test data that will be released on that date. You will have one week to generate predictions and upload them using our web-based submission system. On August 9, we will release metadata for the test data, and you should again be prepared to submit diagnosis predictions with a version of your algorithm that utilizes metadata too.
