ISIC 2018 lesion class for Tasks 1 and 2

Can we get ground-truth class labels for the lesions in Task 1 and Task 2 (similar to Task 3)?
Are lesions from Task1 and Task2 from the same classes as in HAM10000?

More specifically, I cannot find information about the type of lesions in Task 1 and Task 2. I understand that the purpose is not to do classification, but I would like to run some experiments knowing both the segmentation mask + lesion class.

There is no plan at this time to release the diagnosis labels of the lesion images in task 1 and 2 test sets. However, they are derived from the same source population as the images in HAM10000, and thus the distribution of disease class is comparable to the training set.
