Hello,
Thank you very much for making this dataset available to the community (ISIC2020) !
Would it be possible to get access to the Institution of origin metadata of each image in the form of a csv or something similar ? It would be very valuable for a lot of researchers to account for batch effects when training Machine Learning models.

Hi! For the HAM10000 (i.e. ISIC2018 Task 3) part you can find the subset within metadata table of the repository on Harvard Dataverse: The HAM10000 dataset, a large collection of multi-source dermatoscopic images of common pigmented skin lesions - ViDIR Dataverse (you will also find binary segmentation masks there, by the way)

I still think it will still be valuable to add this information to the remaining part of the dataset if it is possible but this is a great starting point !
