Can not download data for ISIC 2017

I can not find the data for ISIC challenge 2017. I need data for Tasks 1 and 2.

If I go to the challenge task
(e.g., https://challenge.isic-archive.com/task/46)
and register a new team
/https://challenge.isic-archive.com/team/create/36?next=/task/46)
I get error:

Not Found

The requested resource was not found on this server.

Is the data available somewhere else?
